Five-Week Class Outline

Week 1: Introduction to Leadership Principles

Week 2: Self-Awareness and Personal Leadership

Class Name: Self-Leadership and Emotional Intelligence
Description: Focusing on the importance of self-awareness, this class teaches students about emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and personal goal setting. Activities will include self-assessment exercises and reflection journals.

 

Week 3: Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Class Name: Effective Communication and Team Building
Description: This class covers essential communication skills for leaders, including active listening, conflict resolution, and persuasive communication. Students will participate in team-building exercises to enhance their collaborative skills.

Our Leadership program not only focuses on theoretical aspects but also emphasizes practical application through real-world experiences. By collaborating with local nonprofits, students can apply leadership principles in diverse settings, honing their skills in communication, team management, and strategic planning.
